illy Maple Bourbon Cocktail

The illy Maple Bourbon Cocktail combines illy espresso and bourbon in a cozy, yet zesty twist. With a hint of maple sweetness and a zesty lemon finish, it's perfect for a start, or the end to a night of exceptional flavor.

Ingredients:

• 30ml illy espresso
• 60ml bourbon
• 30ml dark amber pure maple syrup
• 2.5ml lemon juice
• Ice
• Stick of cinnamon (for garnish)

Preparation:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
2. Add 30ml of illy espresso to the shaker.
3. Pour in 60ml of bourbon and 30ml of dark amber pure maple syrup.
4. Add 2.5ml of lemon juice.
5. Shake vigorously several times, moving the shaker back and forth.
6. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, discarding any remaining ice.
7. Garnish with a stick of cinnamon and enjoy!
