This delightful combination of coffee and chocolate features a delicate touch of milk, creating a cold, light froth with a warm espresso core.

Ingredients

  • 25ml illy espresso
  • 80ml skim milk
  • 10ml liquid cane sugar
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Preparation

  1. Brew the illy espresso in a cup and sweeten it with the liquid cane sugar.
  2. In a frothing pitcher, mix the skim milk and cocoa powder together
  3. Pour the milk and cocoa mixture into a 150ml glass.
  4. Add the sweetened espresso by pouring it into the center of the frappe.
  5. Finish with a light dusting of cocoa powder for decoration.
  6. Enjoy your delicious treat!
