Ingredients:
- 50ml illy espresso
- 20ml liquid sugar
- 6 ice cubes
Preparation:
- Chill a 150ml glass.
- Brew two shots of illy espresso in a cappuccino cup.
- In a blender, combine the ice cubes, liquid sugar, and the two shots of espresso.
- Blend for 30 seconds until the mixture thickens into a frappe consistency.
- Pour into the chilled glass, straining out the ice.
