This refreshing iced espresso drink features a velvety foam that invites you in with its rich flavor, combining illy espresso, ice, and liquid sugar for a light and delightful frappe experience, perfect for a warm day.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml illy espresso
  • 20ml liquid sugar
  • 6 ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Chill a 150ml glass.
  2. Brew two shots of illy espresso in a cappuccino cup.
  3. In a blender, combine the ice cubes, liquid sugar, and the two shots of espresso.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds until the mixture thickens into a frappe consistency.
  5. Pour into the chilled glass, straining out the ice.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
