A creamy, drinkable twist on the classic Italian dessert, blending rich espresso with velvety vanilla and delicate ladyfingers.

Ingredients:

  • 2 shots of illy espresso
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or gelato
  • 2 crumbled ladyfingers
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (for garnish)

Preparation:

  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso and pour into a small pitcher.
  2. In a blender, combine the espresso, ice cream, and crumbled ladyfingers.
  3. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth and thick with a frappé-like texture.
  4. Pour into a decorative glass and dust with cocoa powder.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
