INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml of Espresso
- 10 ml of liquid sugar
- 10 ml of cold mineral water
- Ice cubes
PREPARATION
- Chill a 240ml glass.
- Brew two espresso shots into a cappuccino cup.
- In a mixing glass, combine water, ice cubes, liquid sugar, and the espresso shots. Stir well with a mixing spoon.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass, filtering out the ice.
- Serve immediately.
