Cold Espresso

A refreshing twist on the classic espresso, delivering bold flavor with an invigorating chill.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml of Espresso
  • 10 ml of liquid sugar
  • 10 ml of cold mineral water
  • Ice cubes

PREPARATION

  1. Chill a 240ml glass.
  2. Brew two espresso shots into a cappuccino cup.
  3. In a mixing glass, combine water, ice cubes, liquid sugar, and the espresso shots. Stir well with a mixing spoon.
  4. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass, filtering out the ice.
  5. Serve immediately.
